Andy Accioli wrote the first draft of his first play, Rebel In The Ranks, a number of years ago.

Over the years, Rebel In The Ranks, having a plot dealing with how a bishop within the Catholic Church deals with dissension, had been tucked away in storage, dormant.

Over the years, Andy has led an entrepreneurial business life.

And, over the years, in spite of the frenzied business activity in Andy’s life, he knew that one day he would return to playwriting and give life to Rebel In The Ranks.

Besides Rebel In The Ranks, Andy has written Heaven's Door,  Candy Apples, Pull The Damn Plug and How I Saved Myrna Meltzer's Rehearsal Studio From Extinction. Currently he is working on a new play: Kirnwood Elementary School’s Annual Winter Dance

Andy resides in Warwick, Rhode Island (USA) with his wife, 4 children and 2 pound puppies, Pepsi and Molly.
